Picky Eating Understood
Best for parents with children age 1-5 (virtual option available)
Learn about the psychology of picky eating, understand your child's behavior and learn to support their eating habits rather than engage in a power struggle at meal time. In this class, parents will learn to use a model of eating called the Division of Responsibility, which is a well researched model of eating, that supports children eating a wider variety of foods at mealtime and helps reduce stress for caregivers when it comes to feeding their children.
Meal Planning on a Budget
Best for parents with children of any age (virtual option available)
We all know that meal planning is critical in saving money at the grocery store and improves nutrition. But how do we turn that into a reality? Join me for a meal planning workshop, where we work together in building a meal plan that fits your family's budget, maximizes nutrition and takes into account your child's likes and dislikes for a family friendly meal. This class includes worksheets for meal planning and grocery shopping.

Introduction to Solids
Best for parents with infants age 4 mo – 1 yr (virtual option available)
This class takes a deep dive into the transition from exclusively offering breastmilk or formula to starting solid foods. Learn which textures to offer based on your child's development, how to graduate to new textures, which foods are safe and which foods to avoid and key nutrients to offer in their first year. Finally, you will learn about common safety concerns like choking and gagging and how to keep your child safe during meal and snack times.
Toileting and Nutrition
Best for parents with children age 18 mo – 3 yrs (virtual option available)
Learn how nutrition plays a vital role in your child's toilet training experience. We will discuss key nutrients that promote healthy digestion and review nutrition strategies for common toileting barriers, such as withholding and constipation. This class is great for parents who are preparing for toilet training and also for those who have gone through toilet training, but are stuck in a regression that prevents their child from moving forward with their toilet training.
